We are blessed to thrive under a team brought together by God consisting of leaders who desire to serve. The Leadership Table, as we call it, consists of a team of elders of very diverse backgrounds, personalities, giftedness, and age. We have found that true strength is found in unified diversity as the Spirit of God guides them as a team to proclaim His truth, devote themselves to prayer, do His revealed will, and pursue holiness.
Bud and Karen Stillman: Bud is currently serving as Senior Pastor. Bud Stillman’s desire is to see the Body of Christ function more outside four walls than inside the four walls. Reaching the hurting and lost people in our community with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ is done in relevant, evangelistic ways in order that disenfranchised believers and pre-believers can come into the embrace of the Church of Jesus Christ.
Ray and Libby Deiter: Ray Deiter is the Founding Pastor of LSF and has been instrumentally used as a spiritual father to so many in our midst. God has equipped him with the heart and passion for reaching all with the message of Jesus Christ sent by our loving Father.
Jim and Jean Aukamp: God has brought Jim Aukamp out of the drug scenes of his past to raise him up as an ambassador of God’s love in various ways. Jim longs for freedom in our lives and regularly relates with many imprisoned by the walls of the Lancaster County Prison and also with many in our community who are restrained and bound by the lies of the devil. His focus through preaching and prayer ministry is that God’s truth would penetrate the darkness.
Sheldon and Mindi Hoover: Sheldon Hoover spearheads strategy to raise up an army of energetic children from within the younger generations and prepare them for Kingdom work. He desires to see the unquestioning faith of a child coupled with the undiluted Gospel of Christ.
